We have the position of Spare Parts & Accessories Despatch Associate on offer. To be successful in this role you must have a passion for motorcycles and have a genuine interest in mechanics.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Parts, Accessories & Clothing Manager, this position is responsible for providing superior customer service in our fast-paced dispatch centre at our Harley-Heaven Dealership in Tempe.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Parts, Accessories & Clothing Manager in maintaining a smooth-running efficient department with a high degree of attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Working closely with our technicians to ensure orders for spare parts are made & received correctly, and in a timely manner.
  • Assisting in determining what spare parts & accessories are needed for individual jobs.
  • Supplying costs of spare parts on repair orders. · Receiving goods & allocating them to the specific departments.
  • Packing all customer orders ready for delivery. · Perform stocktake. Maintain our dispatch centre in a tidy & organised manner.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with inventory control & dispatch.
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years Automotive / Motorcycle / Truck experience preferable in a similar role.
  • Happy to work autonomously.
  • Great character, great attitude, and great communication skills.
