Burton Snowboards is looking for a proactive, detail oriented, and customer focused Rider Services Manager to lead our Rider Services department. In this pivotal role, you'll be the heartbeat of our post-purchase experience - managing warranty claims, quality control, and spare parts with precision and care. You'll be the go to person ensuring that every rider who interacts with Burton continues to feel the stoke long after their purchase.

This isn't your average desk job, you'll work closely with both our local community and global teams to champion Burton's sustainability goals, uphold our world-class standards, and keep our local operations running smoothly and efficiently year-round.

Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned)

Rider Service & Warranty:

§   Answer all Rider Service calls and enquiries in line withW48.

§   Receipt, assess and process all warranty claims and returns and liaise with dealers and general public on progress.

§   Liaise with contracted repairers.

§   Champion Burton Sustainability goals and standards at all stages of the warranty process.

Spare Parts

§   Forecast spare parts and warranty replacement stock to ensure the smooth operation of the department through the year.

§   Process dealer daily spare parts orders and adjust based on stock availability.

§   Manage Bench stock requirements.

§   Oversee the yearly stock take operation.

Quality Control

§   Liaise with Global QC & ADC teams to highlight and rectify issues with product

§   Take action on global instructions.

General/Other Responsibilities

§   Process and manage warehouse inbound and outbound deliveries.

§   Keep warehouse organised to a high standard of cleanliness.
