Administration & Services Coordinator (NDIS Disability) with HR Focus

We're seeking a dynamic, organised, and people-focused Administration & Services Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our daily operations, coordinating staff, onboarding support workers, and managing NDIS compliance and HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staff Support
- Manage recruitment ads and organise interviews
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate onboarding
- Monitor training compliance and maintain staff training records
- Conduct regular staff inductions and performance tracking
- HR and WH&S administration and compliance
- Serve as friendly, approachable point of contact for all staff
- NDIS Quality & Comliance tasks
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS framework, policies and procedures (essential)
- 2+ years of experience in administration, HR operations within the framework of NDIS.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to grow and contribute to a collaborative team
Requirements
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Australian Driver's License
- Full working rights in Australia
