We're Hiring – 2IC (Second in Charge)

Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist ready to step up to Admin Team leader/ 2IC? This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk smoothly and efficiently in addition to providing exceptional care to our patients. You'll lead the team of receptionists and work closely with the Practice Manager to develop and drive the practice forward.

About the Role:

  • Provide extra support to the admin and clinical teams
  • Assist the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Ensure our patients and practitioners receive exceptional service
  • Step into the Practice Manager role when required
  • Contribute to the growth and success of both centres

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous medical administration or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work across both Montrose and Croydon sites
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment
