What You'll Do
  • Own business development across WA from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
  • Win contracts with leading mining houses in iron ore, gold, rare earths, and copper.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with mine managers, engineers, and procurement leaders.
  • Represent the business at industry events and forums.
  • Lead tendering, negotiations, and proposal development with a solutions-driven approach.
  • Monitor WA market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
What You Bring
  • Proven success selling blasting and mining services/solutions into the WA mining sector.
  • 7+ years of business development experience with a track record of major contract wins.
  • Strong WA network across mine management, engineering, procurement, and site leadership.
  • Sharp commercial acumen and the ability to translate technical capability and concepts into initiatives our clients will value.
  • Confidence, resilience, and a drive to achieve.
  • Mining Engineering, Business, or related tertiary qualifications (desirable).
