Jackson Motor Company has an exciting opportunity for an Finance Manager to join the team of dedicated and skilled sales professionals in our busy Hobart City team.

The role of a Finance Manager is a pivotal part of any Automotive Dealership, and as such, provides a great opportunity for any person looking for an exciting and rewarding career and add tangible value to the customer's purchase journey.

Acting as JMC's agent for some of Australia's leading automotive service providers, your role will be to provide finance, warranty and insurance products to our clients at our across the South.

Your communication skills are second to none, and will vital to ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of obligations that they have entered in to, doing so with integrity and above all, treating customers fairly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the finance and insurance process and documentation
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Manage workload and scheduling of appointments
  • Negotiate and close deals to exceed sales targets
  • Assist Sales Executives to close deals.

About you

You're a people-person who's perceptive, confident and a natural communicator. Managing a busy schedule, you will need to be organised, thorough, and methodical. You will have strong commercial acumen, exceptional personal presentation, and unparalleled discretion and integrity.

You're no stranger to success in the financial service sector and have a solid reputation as a sales professional, able to provide tailored solutions to our customer base.

  • The ability to build meaningful relationships with external and internal Customers.
  • Experience in sales and finalising deals.
  • Posses a high level of attention to detail when preparing and processing financial documents and applications.
