We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department. In this role, you will oversee the management and direction of all service activities, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service while listening and consulting with customers.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Oversee complete vehicle inspections, make recommendations, and source parts to ensure timely completion of services.
- Promote shop service specials and deliver pricing estimates to customers.
- Lead, manage, and train team members to align with company values and vision.
- Supervise up to ten employees and maintain a high-performing team.
- Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience in Automotive.
- General automotive knowledge and leadership ability.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license.
