Job Opportunity: Automotive Leader

Seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a hybrid role in both the front and back shop.

This position is a developmental opportunity, focusing on customer service, vehicle inspections, and team leadership while training to handle phone calls, set appointments, and interact with customers.

Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing vehicle inspections, leading and managing a team, maintaining inventory counts, and ensuring overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience
  • General automotive knowledge
  • Excellent customer service disposition
  • Good communication skills
  • Leadership ability

  • Ability to follow directions & process
  • Ability to use computers & software
