We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee our service department in tire sales and related mechanical services. This role is part of our Store Manager developmental program, where we prioritize training and promoting from within.
About the Job- Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening and consulting with customers.
- Follow up with customers on services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
- Oversee vehicle inspections and create comprehensive recommendations, including building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
- Provide pricing estimates to customers and promote shop service specials.
- Supervise team members while aligning with company vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed.
- Maintain inventory counts and ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience in the automotive industry.
- General knowledge of automotive systems.
- Effective leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible retail schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license.
