As a
Senior Business Development Manager
, you will take a leadership role in driving new business opportunities and overseeing the execution of client campaigns. You are a strategic, motivated, and results-driven professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can balance multiple priorities, and bring proven expertise in developing and implementing business growth strategies that deliver outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Lead client engagement across diverse industry sectors, ensuring each campaign is strategically aligned with client objectives.
- Oversee and mentor BDRs/BDMs, providing guidance on outreach, messaging, and best practices to maximise results.
- Personally manage key accounts and high-value opportunities, representing client brands at a senior level.
- Drive pipeline growth by identifying and qualifying partnership opportunities, initiating senior-level conversations, and securing high-quality meetings.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Monitor performance metrics, ensure KPIs are achieved, and continuously refine strategies for improved conversion.
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Bring 5+ years of senior-level business development and sales experience, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of designing and executing successful business growth strategies across multiple industries.
- Possess a commercial mindset and hunger for scaling both personal and organisational success.
- Leverage your expertise while continuing to refine your skills in collaboration with other senior sales leaders.
- Show a genuine passion for partnering with innovative, forward-thinking companies to help them achieve their growth ambitions.
