About the Role

As a Sales Professional at Mazzucchelli's, you will:

  • Proactively engage with customers, creating sales leads and following them through to close.
  • Build lasting client relationships through follow-up and tailored service.
  • Deliver against individual and store targets while creating positive, memorable experiences.
  • Stay across promotions, new arrivals, and product features to maximise every sales conversation.
  • Support daily store operations — from presentation to stock — to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Work across weekends and key trading periods.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Thrives on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Connects easily with people and builds trust through genuine conversations.
  • Is confident handling objections and guiding customers to the right purchase.
  • Brings a professional, polished approach with strong communication skills.
  • Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Is adaptable, reliable, and motivated in fast-paced environments.
  • Ideally has prior sales or retail experience, with a proven focus on results.
