lived experience
 to the training floor.

If you've worked in:

Health (nursing, paramedics, mental health)

Community & Youth Services

Police / Defence / Emergency Services

Education (especially youth and remote contexts)

…and you deliver training through a trauma-informed lens
 and with
cultural capability
, we'd love to hear from you.


Important:
 This is
not a traditional employment role.
 Trainers are engaged
per workshop
 on a
subcontract basis
, with sessions offered as they come through at an agreed day rate.

This suits people who
work for themselves and want flexibility
, you fit sessions around your existing work and lifestyle.

This is not a trainer and assessor role - PPS training is non-accredited.
