Job summary:

• Looking for candidates available to work:
• Monday-Friday standard working hours / potential for flexibility (10am-6pm etc).
• No experience required for this role, but 1 years experience preferred
• Expected salary: $72,000 - $80,000 per year
• Sponsorship available for the right candidate, if required

Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate both online and face-to-face training sessions
• Provide support and coaching to students as needed
• Develop and implement assessment tasks where required
• Liaise with staff regarding course delivery and operations
• Update and improve learning resources for assigned courses
• Participate in assessment reviews and ensure alignment with competency standards
• Mark assessments, provide feedback, maintain student records, and respond to queries
• Maintain professional development activities in line with industry expectations
• Support and improve compliance with RTO and ASQA standards

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proficient with LMS and SMS software, especially Meshed RTO Manager
• Confident using Microsoft Office and document management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Hold 
  TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  , or 
  TAE40110 Certificate IV
   plus:
• TAELLN411 (or TAELLN401A)
• TAEASS502 (or TAEASS502A/B), or a diploma/higher qualification in adult education
• Hold relevant vocational competencies for the qualification delivered (Certificate IV in Kitchen Management + Diploma of Hospitality Management)
• Maintain current industry skills aligned to teaching areas
• Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of vocational training practices
• Comply with 
  ASQA Standards for RTOs 2015
   and relevant training package rules
