You'll work directly with an owner-operator Dealer Principal who is hands-on in the business every single day, driving team success and supporting your development.

About the Role

As a Sales Cadet, you'll follow a structured, competency-based training program. You'll start by learning the fundamentals of automotive sales, product knowledge, and customer service. Only when you've demonstrated the skills and confidence will you progress to selling vehicles.

This is perfect for anyone with strong people skills, a great attitude, and the drive to succeed — no prior car sales experience needed.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm
What You'll Do
  • Learn the fundamentals of new and used vehicle sales
  • Assist the sales team with customer enquiries and vehicle presentations
  • Support vehicle deliveries and customer handovers
  • Learn product knowledge
  • Work closely with an assigned mentor who is committed to ensure your growth
  • Develop the skills and confidence to become a Sales Consultant
