As a Team member, you will be required to service our existing customers by providing A1 service in store. Over time after training, you will also build and grow new customers in the Townsville region by calling on them.

As a tight-knit team, we know the importance of working together and each team member is encouraged to be flexible - everyone helps each other out

Full on the job training is provided - learn as you go with a great supportive team

Primary Responsibilities -

• Customer service focused, identify customer requests and offer them our product range while keeping the good vibes flowing with customers
• Friendly in-store service and battery fitting
• Follow quoting and sales systems - we've got your back with full training
• Show off your skills by hitting our easy KPIs and unlock regular fantastic incentives along the way
• Keep the communication lines open by reporting straight to our Branch Manager - they're here to help you.
• Once your training is complete, you'll get into the exciting part - reaching out to new wholesale customers and building relationships using our "new-call strategies" around the Townsville Region - but don't worry, you will still spend time in store too

Skills required -

• Determination for achieving success

• Team player mentality (a good sense of humour)
• Physical fitness, with the capability to lift batteires weighing up to 25+ kgs.
• Possession of a current driver's licence (mandatory)
• Previous experience in a similar sales role is an advantage, but not essential

This is a full-time position - Monday to Friday with a rotating Saturday morning shift. (Usually 1 in 4)
