At Innoveight 360, we provide corporate services in administration, finance, and management to businesses in the construction design industry. We're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration professional to join our dynamic, supportive team in a full-time Business Support Officer role.

About the Role

This role plays an integral part in keeping our office running smoothly – delivering first-class administrative, finance, and business support across Innoveight 360 and associated entities.

In this diverse, fast-paced role you will:

· Be the welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors.

· Provide executive support to directors and project leaders (calendars, travel, documents).

· Take ownership of office operations—mail, supplies, and meeting coordination.

· Support finance functions including petty cash and supplier reconciliations.

· Maintain and optimise company systems, project workflows and practice management tools.

· Assist with project submissions, proposals, and reporting.

· Contribute to marketing and social media activities.

· Play an active role in fostering our collaborative and high-performing team culture.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, client-focused approach.

· Strong organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (experience with Total Synergy highly regarded).

· The ability to juggle priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively.

· A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.

· Prior experience in professional services or the construction design sector (desirable).

· Full working rights in Australia.
