About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager – Camera House Australia, this role is responsible for leading the operational and sales performance across all company-owned Camera House stores while supporting the national franchise network to enhance retail execution and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales, operations, and profitability across company-owned stores
  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams to achieve excellence
  • Manage rostering, hiring, training, and staff development
  • Analyse performance and implement initiatives to drive growth and profitability
  • Support franchise partners to improve store presentation and retail standards
  • Ensure consistent execution of national marketing and promotional programs
  • Contribute to strategic planning and retail network development

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in multi-site retail management or national operations
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to drive performance and culture
  • Commercially astute with strong understanding of retail KPIs and levers
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in specialty or consumer electronics retail (advantageous)
  • Flexibility to travel nationally
