Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for customer service and sales? D&D Technologies is looking for a Customer Solutions Technician to join our dynamic team and help drive growth through innovative customer engagement and technical support. This role is an opportunity to be the warm and welcoming face of our company to our valued customers and stakeholders.

About the Role

As a Customer Solutions Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for technical inquiries, providing expert support to fencing manufacturers, contractors, distributors, retailers, architects, and end consumers. You'll also play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities, managing warranty claims, and supporting our CRM and reporting systems. As a key member of our team, you'll have a diverse range of responsibilities that make every day different and exciting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new sales accounts and identify lead opportunities.
  • Provide technical support via phone and online channels.
  • Manage warranty claims and publish ANZ warranty reports.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate orders and communicate delivery timelines.
  • Monitor competitor activity and contribute to sales strategies.
  • Maintain CRM database and assist with reporting and stocktake tasks.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, technical support, or sales.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble/install products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with social media and online engagement tools (a plus).
  • A degree in marketing, sales, communications, or related fields (desirable).
