National Retail Sales Manager

to lead the performance, people, and retail excellence across our 
company-owned Camera House stores

and support our 
national franchise network

In this role, you'll:

Lead, develop, and motivate our store managers and retail teams

Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer experience

Manage hiring, training, and rostering for company-owned stores

Collaborate with franchise partners to elevate national retail standards

Implement retail initiatives and national campaigns across the network

What you'll bring:

Proven multi-site or national retail management experience

A hands-on leadership style and strong commercial acumen

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and people skills

A passion for retail excellence — and maybe even for photography
