About the Role

Join our dynamic Sydney team as a Junior Account Manager and immerse yourself in the world of premium food. Your passion for gastronomy and strong attention to detail will be key to growing and maintaining client relationships.

You'll be responsible for developing sales and nurturing existing customers across Sydney Metropolitan Region.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your territory.
  • Present and promote our product range to chefs, retailers, and hospitality operators.
  • Tailor your sales approach to meet each customer's unique needs.
  • Provide regular activity and performance reports to management.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and initiative.
  • Maintain accurate sales and territory records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals.

Key Qualifications
  • Demonstrated sales experience and a genuine commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in French (spoken and/or written) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
