About the roles

Our Fabulous Centre Director is transferring to another one of our amazing centres leaving us with a position to fill.

Our indoor facilities are amazing natural, light and extremely homely.

The suitable person will;

  • Hold relevant qualifications and have a minimum of 2 year experience in the same roll
  • be able to provide direct support to the team
  • have a sound understanding of the national regulations and Quality Improvement planning.
  • have amazing communications skills
  • be able to complete administration duties including rostering.
  • knowledge of Qikkids, CCS, Rostering requirements, QIP
  • be able to support all educators with quality program design within the room
  • Participate in critical reflection and analysis of learning within their team.
  • Drive quality practice and principles within the centre to ensure each individual reaches their full potential.
  • Be community minded as regular routine outings within the community in our centres personal van form a large part of our program
  • Be willing to work a rotating roster between the hours of  6:30 am and 6:30pm

  • Hold relevant Early Childhood qualification, a current Working With children check, first aid, CPR, asthma management and anaphylaxis.
  • Encourage a fun environment and positive culture.
  • Have a passion for assisting to plan and drive regular outing as a learning opportunity
  • Be able to foster strong relationships with children and their families
  • Have a passion for creating beautiful learning environments both indoors and out
