About the Role :

The Account Manager position will be a hands-on role within a fast-paced media environment, which requires a quick thinker, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt and take on anything that comes your way

The role will include day-to-day management of a colourful and varied client base - communicating by email, phone or in person to provide tailored solutions to meet customer objectives within tight timeframes and budgets.

We're looking for someone with their finger on the pulse and a keen mind to challenge the status quo, research opportunities and provide insights to generate new business and growth.

Reporting into the National Sales Director, you'll be required to work closely and collaboratively on a variety of campaigns and projects.

The Right Person :

Will have a successful track record in a sales or client facing role and be results driven with at least 12 months experience in an Agency or Account Management position, along with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Attention to detail is paramount, as is proven experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously from inception to completion, including production, logistics, monitoring, post campaign reporting and budget management.

A real people person with the ability to work well with others, strike up a conversation with ease and a heads-down diligent attitude to getting the job done.

Lastly, a passion and interest in current trends and influences will serve you well in this role.

Qualifications

Degree in Business/Marketing/Arts preferred or equivalent experience

Familiarity with sales performance metrics

Strong Negotiation, Presentation and Communication Skills
