LTP is a global institutional prime brokerage specialising in digital assets liquidity. We empower brokers, Prime-of-Primes, hedge funds, and professional trading firms with access to deep, secure, and high-performance liquidity through API-based trading infrastructure.

By bridging traditional markets and digital assets, LTP enables institutional clients to expand their multi-asset product offerings or enhance existing liquidity pools, helping them stay competitive and responsive to market demand.

Role Overview

As Business Development – Institutional Sales (Digital Assets), you will support LTP's global commercial strategy by acquiring, managing, and growing institutional client relationships.

Your focus will be on supporting and guide

  • Institutional clients seeking to expand into crypto or strengthen their multi-asset offering
  • Institutional clients aiming to improve their digital assets liquidity depth, pricing, and trading infrastructure
  • Traditional finance institutions into the digital asset space, leveraging LTP's deep industry relationships to help clients confidently enter, understand, and navigate the digital asset ecosystem

Responsibilities:

  • Support business development and revenue growth for LTP's PB services in Digital Assets
  • Build and manage a pipeline of institutional clients, including:

  • FX/CFD Retail brokers

  • Prime-of-Primes and liquidity providers
  • Proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, and family offices

  • Help clients launch or expand multi-asset trading solutions

  • Assist clients in enhancing their liquidity stack, including aggregation, routing, and custom pricing
  • Leverage your understanding of connectivity infrastructure to advise clients on integration and execution via APIs or bridge providers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Business Operations, Product & Tech and Compliance) to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction
  • Represent LTP at industry events and client meetings, while actively reviewing and contributing to the continuous improvement of LTP's products offering

Requirements :

  • 5+ years' experience in institutional business development, with a focus on digital assets, prime brokerage, or electronic trading sectors
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills, and the confidence to engage with clients directly
  • Proven track record of building and converting a high-value institutional sales pipeline
  • Consistently meets or exceeds OKRs (Objective and Key Results) and revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Contributes meaningfully to trading volume growth
  • Knowledge of additional asset classes beyond the core offering is highly preferred
  • Multilingual skills are preferred but not essential for the right candidate
