, we're changing the way first-time buyers navigate the building process. Instead of going straight to a builder, clients come to us for guidance, education, and support, from start to finish, We're growing and looking for a New Homes Building Broker to join our team.

You'll meet first-time buyers who are about to make the biggest financial decision of their life.

Your job? Guide them. Earn their trust. Help them win. From land to builder, finance to design, you'll be the reason they feel supported instead of lost.

What you'll do:

  • Meet with first-home buyers and guide them through the building journey.
  • Understand client needs, budgets, and dreams and connect them with the right solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with land agents, builders, and partners.
  • Manage your own pipeline and close deals with confidence.
  • Represent the Boss brand: transparent, approachable, and client-first.

Who you are:

  • A natural people person who can build trust quickly.
  • Hungry, ambitious, and motivated by results.
  • Experienced in sales and comfortable working commission-only.
