Job description

We are on the lookout for a permanent psychologist who shares our commitment to providing accessible mental health care.

United Minds is unique in its operations, using a private practice model that focuses on accessibility and community with a mission to bridge the gap in access to psychological support. We deliver a range of services, including individual therapy, group programs, and assessments. Our team consists of clinicians with a range of skills and experience, and we strive to create a supportive environment for our clinicians to continually grow. We accept referrals through TAC, Workcover, NDIS, Medicare, VOCAT and self-funded.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

  • MUST be a fully registered psychologist
  • Experience working with children and adolescents
  • Must provide a current working with children's card and police check
  • Be eligible for a Medicare provider number

Be able to demonstrate a commitment to United Minds values and mission

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Experience in administering assessments (cognitive, educational, autism, ADHD) (preferred, but not essential)
  • An understanding of neuroaffirming practices
