POSITION SUMMARY:

As a psychologist with vision and passion for helping others, you get a choice of delivering mental health treatment, assessments, and other clinical services via telehealth and/or face-to-face mode. You choose between assessments, therapy, or a mix of both.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR TO ENHANCE OUR HAND-PICKED TEAM:

• Experience delivering psychological treatments to adults, teens, or kids.
• Interest in consulting clients suffering from chronic illness, disability, pain, or trauma (desirable).
• Excellent communication skills with your team, referrers, and clients.
• Assessments experience (desirable).
• if you have an interest in AAT (Animal Assisted Therapy), we encourage you to apply.

YOUR REMUNERATION (EMPLOYEE ROLE)

For our employees: Your salary is dependent on your level of experience and expertise in this role. Your benefits include:

• Salary WELL ABOVE award rates.
• 11.5% superannuation.
• 4 weeks annual leave
• 2 weeks sick / carer leave.
• All other leave entitlements as per the relevant national law.
• Paid membership to the Mental Health Academy.

For contractor roles: Individual rates are negotiated during the interview process.
