About us
B Psychology (part of B Collaborative Pty Ltd) is a growing private practice in Ringwood East. We are a relationally oriented practice, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens in the context of relationships — between therapist and client, within families, couples, and freindships, and across broader systems.
Our approach is process-driven and analytic, with an emphasis on helping psychologists refine their skills in understanding and formulating clients' difficulties within social and relational frameworks. Models such as Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and other integrative approaches inform our practice.
We provide a supportive environment where clinicians can deepen their therapeutic craft, not just deliver sessions. By combining strong clinical foundations with curiosity, reflection, and innovation, we create space for psychologists, and offer high-quality, evidence-based care.
