About the Role

As a Contracts Administrator, you'll be a key member of our integrated project team, applying commercial rigour to ensure projects are delivered with precision, compliance, and value. You'll balance contractual rights and obligations, mitigate risk, and maximise outcomes across both client and subcontractor agreements.

This role isn't just about managing contracts it's about shaping outcomes, providing trusted commercial counsel, and driving performance across multi-million-dollar projects.

What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day contract management and administration, liaising with clients, contractors, and project teams.
  • Provide strong commercial advice and negotiation strategies to protect and grow project value.
  • Manage upstream (client) and downstream (subcontractor) agreements, ensuring seamless interface and risk alignment.
  • Prepare, review, and issue key contractual documents (variations, claims, certificates, notices, etc.).
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, legal, risk, and design specialists to deliver commercially sound outcomes.
  • Monitor supplier/vendor performance, manage payments, and drive value-for-money results.
  • Contribute to tenders, subcontractor negotiations, and contract close-out processes.
  • Ensure WHS and compliance obligations are always met with discipline and integrity.
