Team Manager to Hawkins Team
We are currently searching for a full-time Team Manager/Office Administrator to work within the highly successful Rachel Hawkins Team based out of our Port Lincoln office.
This person will be responsible for driving the team's business plan, managing diaries, booking appointments, coordinating listings and sales, and liaising with our administration team ensuring paperwork is accurate and in line with Harris Best Practice, all whilst maintaining the office and providing exemplary customer service on the front desk.

What your day will look like:
- Effective and efficient project management – management and organisation of listings, sales, property marketing, liaising with trades and arranging keys, liaising with conveyancers and finance brokers, for each property their sales agent lists and sells.
- Operational management of the Hawkins team
- Exceptional client service and management
- Reception and office administration

Who you are:
- Experience in Real Estate and a similar role (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
- The ability to manage a dynamic working environment
- An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail
- Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
