About the role

Strait Link is a leading shipping company operating in the logistics industry, specialising in providing efficient and reliable transportation solutions.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Transformation Manager to join our team. You will work alongside the leadership team of Strait Link to ensure that we deliver on our strategic goals. You will be responsible for managing a small team and portfolio of major projects which will continuously develop, transform and grow our business.

Typical duties/day to day responsibilities will include (but not be limited to), leading a small team of project managers and business analysts, executing one or two major strategic initiatives using best practice approaches, and working closely with your key stakeholders to identify opportunities to accelerate delivery of value/improved performance. You will also work closely with the broader transformation community across Team Global Express.

What are we looking for in a Senior Transformation Manager? What’s important?- 7+ years experience in delivering transformational change in large operational environments- Experience in driving success across a portfolio of strategic projects- Tertiary qualification within engineering, supply chain, finance, legal and/or other relevant field- You have an analytical mindset, you're resilient and have a 'can do' attitude

Extra Points for the following (but Not Essential)- Experience within consulting, freight & logistics and/or supply chain- Project Management certification
