Loving Start Childcare & Education is opening a beautiful, purpose-built centre in the heart of Healesville — and we're building a passionate, professional team from the very beginning.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and confident 2IC (Second in Charge) to support our Centre Director and help create a warm, high-quality learning environment where children, families, and educators all thrive.

About the Role

As our 2IC, you'll:

  • Support the Centre Director with daily operations.
  • Lead and inspire a team of educators with positivity and professionalism.
  • Build trusted relationships with families and the local community.
  • Oversee quality, compliance, and smooth day-to-day routines.
  • Step into the Director's role when required — with full support and mentoring.

About You

You are:

  • Diploma or Bachelor qualified (ACECQA approved).
  • Experienced in early childhood and confident in a leadership or senior educator role.
  • A great communicator, organised, and passionate about early education.
  • Ready to grow your leadership career in a friendly, supportive environment.
