About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will:

  • Lead and motivate a dedicated team of educators with professionalism and heart
  • Oversee all daily operations, compliance, and quality standards
  • Build strong partnerships with families and the local community
  • Manage enrolments and occupancy growth with care and strategy
  • Work closely with the ownership team to shape the centre's vision and success

About You

You are:

  • Diploma or Bachelor qualified (ACECQA approved)
  • Experienced in a leadership position such as Centre Manager, Director, or 2IC
  • Confident in leading people and managing operations
  • Calm, organised, and passionate about early childhood education
  • Someone who leads with empathy, excellence, and purpose
