Loving Start Childcare & Education is a beautiful, purpose-built early learning centre opening soon in the heart of Healesville. We're forming a dedicated team of passionate educators — and we're looking for an experienced, motivated, and inspiring Centre Director (Centre Manager) to lead the way.

This is a rare opportunity to guide a brand-new service from its early stages, shape its culture, and make a meaningful impact in the local community.

About the Role

As our Centre Director, you will:

  • Lead the centre's daily operations with professionalism and care.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a passionate team of educators.
  • Oversee compliance, enrolments, family engagement, and quality improvement.
  • Foster strong partnerships with families and the wider Healesville community.
  • Work closely with the owners to create a supportive, high-quality environment for all.

About You

You are:

  • Diploma or Bachelor qualified (ACECQA approved).
  • Experienced in a leadership role such as Centre Director, Assistant Director, or 2IC.
  • Skilled in team management, communication, and regulatory compliance.
  • Passionate about early education, with a strong focus on quality and relationships.
  • Confident, warm, and ready to lead a brand-new centre to excellence.
