**A day in the life**

As our Food and Beverage Supervisor you’ll play a key role within our operations team. We’re looking for someone who can assist our management team to coordinate service across multiple outlets, ensuring all OH&S policies and procedures are being adhered to, resolving customer complaints and guarantee the quality of work meets required standards.

You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands, shifts will vary across a 7 day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

**We’re looking for**

Someone who will live and breathe the RACV IACT values; Innovation, accountability, care and one team. In addition to:

- Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a 4-5* hotel environment is ideal
- Ability to work across a range of events in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead by example and inspire a large team to provide exemplary customer service through your excellent communication skills
- A passion for hospitality and a professional can-do attitude with the ability to anticipate member needs
- Must have availability and flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends, peak holiday periods and public holidays

Our two RACV Clubs are an integral part of making this a reality. Located in Melbourne’s CBD and the Healesville region, our city centre Club is equipped with everything from conferencing rooms and accommodation to fitness facilities and a day spa. **Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
