Zoncello Healesville is the exciting new venue by the award winning team of Zonzo Estate

Our Restaurant specialises in authentic, heartwarming Italian cuisine, catering to groups of all sizes.

We pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service, and as such this role would be best suited to someone with an enthusiastic, can do attitude.

We are currently looking for dishwasher/kitchen hands to join our team.

**We have the following shifts available**
- Thursday through to Sunday Lunches and Dinners

Plus additional evening shifts available.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment with emphasis on high food safety standards
- The day to day cleaning of equipment and work areas
- Use safe manual handling techniques, practice safe work habits
- Take a consultative role in assisting and maintaining a clean, tidy work area and a healthy and safe working environment
- Previous experience working in a kitchen will be highly regarded, however we are happy to offer on the job training if you do not have experience.
- Any cooking/hospitality qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Someone that is passionate about food, hospitality and offering an exceptional customer experience.
- The ability to work in a busy environment.
- A professional and reliable attitude.
- The ability to work as part of a team and take direction, as well as show initiative to get tasks done in a timely manner.
- Is a committed team player and has the intention to work with us for the foreseeable future.

- Someone that is comfortable traveling to and from this job's location in Yarra Glen (there will be some travel at night following events).
