This established and highly respected firm specialises in developing high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, with a strong focus on innovative design and community enrichment.

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to be the face of the company and ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will play a key role in providing exceptional service, ensuring the day-to-day administration runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage phone calls and emails, directing inquiries as appropriate
- Warmly greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring their comfort throughout their visit
- Maintain the office's common areas, ensuring they are tidy and presentable at all times
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as daily banking, postal duties, and other routine office operations
- Provide support to the wider team with general admin and related tasks
About You:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Receptionist who excels in delivering exceptional service and managing day-to-day tasks smoothly. The ideal candidate will have:
- A positive, "can-do" attitude with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A reliable team player who takes initiative, is punctual, and strives for continuous improvement
Location:
Sydney CBD (Above Wynyard Station)
Salary:
$65,000 + Superannuation + Bonus
Hours:
Full-time, 38 hours per week
