About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to be the face of the company and ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will play a key role in providing exceptional service, ensuring the day-to-day administration runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage phone calls and emails, directing inquiries as appropriate
  • Warmly greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring their comfort throughout their visit
  • Maintain the office's common areas, ensuring they are tidy and presentable at all times
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as daily banking, postal duties, and other routine office operations
  • Provide support to the wider team with general admin and related tasks

About You:

We are looking for a proactive and organised Receptionist who excels in delivering exceptional service and managing day-to-day tasks smoothly. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A positive, "can-do" attitude with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A reliable team player who takes initiative, is punctual, and strives for continuous improvement

Location:
Sydney CBD (Above Wynyard Station)

Salary:
$65,000 + Superannuation + Bonus

Hours:
Full-time, 38 hours per week
