The opportunity
We're looking for a Content Delivery Senior Manager to take the reins of Atomi's large scale content production engine. Leading delivery across multiple creative disciplines and driving quality, scale and efficiency in everything we create
You'll oversee a team of more than 40 creators, producers and team leads who bring Atomi's lessons to life for hundreds of thousands of students and teachers. You'll guide people, processes and priorities so that every project lands on time, on brief and to the highest standard
This is a chance to lead one of the largest creative operations in Australian Edtech. You'll build the systems, culture and clarity that help our team deliver incredible learning experiences at scale. What you'll do Lead and coach multiple content team leads across disciplines and subject areas. Oversee large-scale, concurrent production schedules to meet ambitious delivery targets. Build and optimise systems, workflows and sprint cadences that drive operational excellence. Balance creative quality with speed and scalability across all content streams. Collaborate with Curriculum, Product and Design teams to ensure content meets pedagogical, brand and accessibility standards. Anticipate risks, resolve blockers and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders. Drive the adoption of new tools and emerging GenAI-powered workflows that elevate team efficiency. Use data and metrics to assess performance, identify improvements and deliver measurable outcomes. What you'll bring to Atomi 8+ years' experience in content production, ideally within digital media, online learning or edtech environments. Proven success leading large, multidisciplinary teams (40+ people) including direct reports and multiple team leads. Deep understanding of video, scriptwriting and audio production workflows and technologies. Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, concurrent projects in fast-paced environments. Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. A strategic, data-driven and solutions-focused mindset. Experience with workflow automation and production management tools (e.g. Jira). Tertiary qualifications in Media, Communications, Education, Project Management or a related field are highly regarded. Working at Atomi Tailored flexibility: Enjoy work-life balance with hours that adapt to your needs, whether for university, family or personal time. Generous leave: Experience additional paid leave options as a permanent team member. Location Independence: Work from Sydney, interstate or wherever you find inspiration. Growth and development: Use ongoing opportunities to improve your skills and expand your knowledge. Holistic wellbeing: Benefit from a comprehensive employee assistance program subscription and additional wellbeing leave, supporting your best self. Parental support: Enjoy 14 weeks of paid leave for new parents, with additional leave specifically for birthing parents. Work with the best: We know you want to work alongside the best, so we work hard to hire only the best. Regular social in-person and remote events: Including team sports competitions, trivia nights and themed annual events. Atomi access: Enjoy free Atomi services for you and your family. Onsite teams: Our Sydney office is ideally located in a central setting with cafes, shops and public transport nearby. How to apply
Ironically for an education company, we're not huge sticklers for qualifications. We're more interested in how your skills and experience can contribute to our team. Make sure to include links to any relevant projects, like your portfolio, writing, GitHub, etc. - whatever helps us understand what you're good at, what you're passionate about, and why you'd be a great fit at Atomi
We also know great people come from all kinds of backgrounds, so even if you don't meet all the requirements we've listed, you should still apply
Please note: You'll need Australian working rights for this role.
