Job Description

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you are accountable for the effective, end-to-end delivery of complex, high-risk products and services across the portfolio. You are the main point of escalation, focused on maximizing team performance, removing obstacles, and driving a highly motivated, collaborative environment.

What you'll do:

  • Delivery & Risk Management: Lead large-scale outcomes by facilitating multi-team planning, mitigating systemic risks, and reporting progress to portfolio leadership.

  • Agile Maturity: Drive, scale, and continuously improve agile practices and maturity across the entire portfolio.

  • Culture & Alignment: Foster an empowered, collaborative culture of trust and experimentation while ensuring teams are aligned with strategic organizational goals.

  • Coaching: Apply sophisticated, emotionally intelligent coaching to empower individuals and teams to solve problems independently and own their growth.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

We're seeking a proactive Senior Delivery Manager passionate about nurturing high-performing teams, driving continuous delivery, and guiding them with strong agile practices and a keen focus on end-to-end user value to achieve impactful outcomes.

Essential Qualifications, experience & skills:

  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and empowering multiple cross-functional teams at scale to deliver high-quality, complex digital products and services.
  • Expert-level command of Agile and Lean principles with practical experience in adapting and scaling them across a program or portfolio.
  • Proven experience in proactively managing delivery flow, risks, and impediments across multiple teams and complex dependencies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic alignment across technical and non-technical departments.

Desirable Qualifications, experience & skills

  • Exposure to subscription based products/services or digital personalisation and identity is a plus
