What you'll do:
- Own and evolve the Bevilles brand identity across all channels
- Lead creative strategy and oversee campaign development and execution
- Manage a team of creatives and external agencies to deliver high-impact work
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Retail, Product, and People & Culture
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, retail, packaging, and internal comms
- Translate insights into creative that drives emotional connection and commercial value
What you'll bring:
- 4–5+ years' experience in brand or creative leadership
- Proven ability to build brands and execute campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and content production
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a love for brand marketing
