The Job - What you'll be doing

As our Client Sales Specialist, you'll be the friendly knowledgeable first point of contact for injured people who need our help – and your blend of empathy and persuasive communication will guide them through the door. You will play a vital role in liaising with our new client leads and shaping the client experience from the very beginning.

Responsibilities

• Speak with potential and new clients via chat/SMS, email and phone, ensuring they feel heard, supported and informed.

• Ask the right questions and gather information to assess their case and eligibility.

• Clearly explain what we do, how we can help, and why we're the right choice.

• Build rapport and trust quickly – then confidently guide them to sign on.

• Maintain an organised client database, ensuring accurate data management and compliance with legal regulations.

• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimise your processes, leveraging technology and best practices.

• Help us improve how we connect, convert and care for every new client.

Requirements

• Are a natural communicator, good listener and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.

• Experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a professional services firm.

• Ability to recognise client needs and understand their pain points.

• Proficiency in general office technology.

• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and handle multiple workflow streams simultaneously.
