Our modern and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Client Sales Specialist to revolutionise the way weattract, convert and welcome new clients into our firm.

The Job - What you\'ll be doing

As our Client Sales Specialist, you'll be the friendly knowledgeable first point of contact for injured people who need our help – and your blend of empathy and persuasive communication will guide them through the door. You will play a vital role inliaising with our new client leads andshapingthe client experience from the very beginning.

Responsibilities
  • Speak with potential and new clients via chat/SMS, email and phone, ensuring they feel heard, supported and informed.
  • Ask the right questions and gather information to assess their case and eligibility.
  • Clearly explain what we do, how we can help, and why we're the right choice.
  • Build rapport and trust quickly – then confidently guide them to sign on.
  • Maintain an organised client database, ensuring accurate data management and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimise your processes, leveraging technology and best practices.
  • Help us improve how we connect, convert and care for every new client.
