Accounts Payable Officer

About Us:

TDM Group Australia is a group of companies comprising The Drain Man (founding business), TDM Pipeline Solutions and TDM Traffic Management and the combined group of companies is one of the most comprehensive and end to end Drain Clearing & Relining organisations. We are successfully working with Government Departments, Water Authorities, Commercial, Industrial & Residential services across their drainage assets. Using the latest in technology providing our customers clarity on their asset status, this allows us to provide a precise long-term solution for our customers.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exposure to working for a group of businesses in a previous role
  • Experience with Xero software is highly desirable but not essential
  • Solid communication skills via phone and email.
  • Ability to prioritise, follow up, and manage time effectively, working autonomously with good problem-solving skills
  • Maintaining accurate records and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Month end processes and reporting
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required
