The opportunity

As the Social Media Coordinator you will:

  • Plan and map out social content ideas for upcoming campaigns and social photoshoots
  • Collaborate with the broader team on social media campaigns and strategic projects ensuring we drive social excellence and quality, growth, high engagement and brand awareness
  • Focus on supporting content creation through editing high volume Instagram & Tiktoks in a timely manner without compromising quality, ensure high performance results as well as owning social/campaign imagery editing for marketing channels use.
  • Support execution across; social media post scheduling, curating social feeds, copywriting social captions, photoshoot post production and more
  • You will monitor social trends, pop culture and reporting ensuring Babyboo stays ahead of the curve in the industry
  • Own social community management for the brand
  • Own social media admin across the marketing calendar updates, social calendars, weekly competitor reports and ownership of the social content library.

You are

  • Social media obsessed, with experience in social media platforms for an e-commerce or consumer business is preferable
  • Exceptional at organisation and have a keen eye for detail
  • Skilled in video editing for Instagram reels and Tiktoks (experience with CapCut is a plus)
  • Passionate about the fashion industry and have experience in curating content that aligns with fashion brand aesthetics
  • A confident communicator with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and teams across a business
  • Enjoy and thrive working in a fast paced environment, focused on growth and results.
