1. Social Media Manager – Northern Beaches

Role:
Lead the brand's social strategy across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies.
  • Oversee content direction and publishing schedules.
  • Create and manage engaging content (copy + visuals).
  • Mentor junior social media staff.
  • Track and optimize performance across platforms.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in social media management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and planning skills.
  • Experience leading a small team.
  • Passion for social media trends and engagement.

2. TikTok & Social Media Coordinator – Bondi

Role:
Create high-volume, scroll-stopping content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, produce, and publish engaging content.
  • Edit videos (CapCut) and create graphics (Canva).
  • Manage content calendar and community engagement.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept to final content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content creation for social media.
  • Passion for TikTok and social trends.
  • Confident with CapCut, Canva, and other tools.
  • Self-starter, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
