Mongoose are looking for a candidate to join our team to assist with warehousing and dispatch duties.

  • Approx 25-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Some start and finish time flexibility available.
  • Stable and long term opportunity with potential to move to full time,
  • Additional duties will be available for candidates who have additional customer service, computer skills and shows ability to grow.

What will you be doing?

  • Assisting with customer orders
  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Complete shipping process, of invoicing and using shipping system for dispatch of each invoice for daily collection by freight companies.
  • Assist with maintaining warehouse systems and stock control.
  • Receipt of inbound shipments and product returns.
  • General warehouse duties.
  • Assist with some Customer order-dispatch communications.
