We are currently looking for a Customer Success Representative in Melbourne to support our clients in maximizing their use of RestoSuite's intelligent system, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Customer Support: Assist clients in using the RestoSuite system, providing training and troubleshooting support.
Technical Guidance: Quickly learn and master the software features to help clients optimize operations.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Problem-Solving: Identify customer pain points and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
Feedback & Improvement: Collect client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services.
Requirements
Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn software quickly
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Have own transportation is a plus (some client site visits may be required)
Hospitality industry experience is a plus (restaurants, hotels, etc.)
Multilingual skills are a plus (e.g., Mandarin, French, Japanese, etc.)
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
