Windcave is based in Auckland and has operations stretched across the globe. We work on complex projects across the payments chain, from the design and manufacture of payment terminals to payments as a service (PaaS) software. Our Melbourne office is looking for entry level candidates who love to sell, succeed and grow.
Graduates – if you are a recent graduate in business or IT and looking to get started, we would definitely want to help you kick start your career
Position Attributes- Interested and willing to learn about payment technology sector
- Enthusiastic about representing a high-growth, market leading, professional company
- Has integrity and is highly motivated to achieve great rewards
- Managing accounts
- Onboarding business accounts
- Inform and educate customers about products and features
- Upsell/cross-sell new services to existing customers
- Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Regularly report on key accomplishments and monitor key metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Dynamic personality and high-energy with a go getter attitude
- Ability to learn new product knowledge rapidly
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Well presented
- Desire to actively contribute to a fun environment and be part of a successful team
- Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, CRM, PowerPoint)
- Awareness of the payments industry, issues, competition and trends would be an advantage but not compulsory
