Ozland Mining Servicesis a privately owned and operated mining services company that offers specialised full turn-key mining solutions to clients across the Western Australian resources sector.

As an experienced Drill Maintenance Supervisor, your communication and people management skills will ensure you are able to develop relationships with key stakeholders, adhere to statutory safety requirements and lead a maintenance team efficiently whilst limiting machine downtime.

Requirements:

Relevant Australian Mechanical Trade Certificate – Certificate III of Engineering Mechanical or Certificate III of Mobile Plant Technology.

Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Training. (Obtained or in the Process of completing )

Minimum 3 Years in a supervisory position.  (Desirable)

Strong Communication and Leadership Style.

Valid C class driver's license (HR Desirable).

Able to pass a full medical including a lab drug & alcohol.

Able to provide a national police clearance (Within 3 months).

High Risk Work Licence (Desirable).

Working at Heights (Desirable).

Experience with AMT or similar Maintenance Management Systems.

Responsibilities:

Leading a maintenance team.

Providing technical support on a fleet of modern heavy mobile equipment. 

Building key stakeholder relationships with Clients.

Asset Management and Parts Ordering.

Maintenance Planning and Reporting.
