We are a growing and dynamic business specializing in the sale of new and used shipping containers, along with self-storage and truck parking across multiple properties. The Role

We are seeking an Accounts Officer who is not just skilled with numbers, but also exciting, professional, and well-presented — someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team in a fast-moving business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable – daily management of invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Purchasing & Currency Management – managing container purchases, including USD to AUD conversions.
  • Bookkeeping with Xero – reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate daily records.
  • Reporting & Administration – maintaining spreadsheets and preparing clear financial reports for management.
  • Team Collaboration – working with management to improve processes and support business growth.

About You

We're looking for someone who is both professional and personable, ready to make an impact.

  • Experience in accounts payable, receivable, and bookkeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of Xero and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and well-presented.
  • Preferred: Experience in transport, logistics, or intermodal shipping containers (ISO).
