About the role

Join Vinarchy as our Finance Manager – Shared Services, where you'll lead a high-performing global team across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general ledger reconciliation. This role is key to delivering accurate, compliant financial processing while driving service excellence and continuous improvement. You'll shape strategy, lead transformation projects, and collaborate with stakeholders across regions to support Vinarchy's financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global Shared Services teams across ANZ, UK, and offshore locations, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with Finance Operations and corporate objectives.

  • Oversee AP/AR processes and general ledger reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls.

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit standards, and regulatory requirements across all financial operations.

  • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.

  • Collaborate with IT, GBS, and vendors to optimise systems and reporting performance.

  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to align deliverables and maintain strong relationships.

  • Represent Shared Services in cross-functional projects, contributing financial insights and operational expertise.

What You'll Bring:

  • CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years in senior finance or shared services

  • Proven leadership of global or multi-regional teams

  • Expertise in AP/AR, financial controls, and process improvement

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills

  • Experience in wine or FMCG is a plus but not essential
